about the waters & me

For a long time, I felt disconnected from my life force, from my own ‘undercurrent’ — adrift, moving through life without trùly feeling. But something within me called for change, for a deeper connection. I began clearing the stagnant energy that had dulled my senses. Through working with energy, I softened, I surrendered, and I began to flow.

As my so called undercurrent became clearer, I felt emotions rise — pure, unfiltered and alive. I no longer feared their depth, but embraced their movement. Joy, sorrow, sadness, desire and peace all had a place, each wave guiding me back to myself, bringing me more harmony.

I learned that true flow comes not from control, but from trust — from allowing energy to move freely, from honoring the rhythm of my being. And within this flow, I rediscovered something powerful: pleasure. The simple joy of being, the energy of creation and the strength that comes from moving freely and unapologetically.

Now, I live more openly, more fluidly. I listen, I feel, I flow. I feel sensacious. In clearing my own energy and thus my inner waters, I have rediscovered who I am at my core and found my thirst for life again.

Being a visual artist and photographer, I love to work with these themes and focus on the beauty, strength and resilience of water, energy & women.

Of course, water is the source of all life and connects us to everything inside & around us, and us women definitely feel strongly drawn by water, maybe because of our own cyclical nature.

I sincerely believe both water and women should be honored, respected and protected at all times, so we can flow freely and do what we do best: create new life, in whatever way, shape or form.
